A short account of what happens to your information. We are a construction company, not a data business, and the answer is correspondingly simple.
If you call or message us, we receive the phone number you contacted us from and whatever you choose to share: your name, the address of the job, and any photos you send.
This website also records visits in a general way — how many people open a page and roughly where from — so we can tell whether the site is working. That record is not used to identify anyone.
Only to handle your request: to quote the work, arrange the visit, do the job and follow up. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
We photograph our own work, and some of those photos appear on this website. They are of buildings, not of people, and they do not identify a customer or an address.
If you would rather no photographs were taken at your property, say so and none will be. That applies afterwards too — if a photo of your project is on this site and you want it removed, message us and it comes down.
Contact details and job records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to stand behind the work afterwards.
If you no longer want to be contacted, say so by the same channel you used and we stop. If you want your information deleted, call or WhatsApp (512) 660-2317 and we will delete it.
